This policy explains how Loyallet handles personal data when you join a loyalty program, buy a gift card, use a Wallet pass, or are handled through a connected booking integration such as Bookly.

Personal Data We Process
We process name, phone number, email address, membership status, points or stamps, transaction history, gift card requests, gift card amount, currency, request status, expiry date, Wallet pass identifiers, and technical data needed for secure operation. When you arrive from Bookly, we may also process booking and customer IDs from Bookly to connect your booking to the correct membership.
Purposes
The data is used to create and administer the membership, show balances, create gift card requests, let staff confirm payment and issue gift cards, issue Wallet passes, prevent abuse, give merchant staff access to relevant customer information, and send service information connected to the program or gift card.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent when you join and legitimate interest for security, troubleshooting, and service operation. You can contact the merchant or Loyallet at any time to end the membership.
Sharing
Loyallet processes data for each merchant. Data is not shared between merchants. Data may be processed by required service providers for hosting, storage, Wallet passes, and integrations.
Cookies
Loyallet uses necessary cookies and session storage for security, login, and form protection, for example to prevent abuse during signup. These cookies are required for the service to work. Loyallet does not use analytics or marketing cookies on the signup page unless they are explicitly enabled.
Retention
Data is kept while the membership is active or as long as needed for security, accounting, gift card administration, support, or legal obligations. Inactive or ended memberships are deleted or anonymized when the data is no longer needed. Gift card data may be kept longer where required for accounting, support, or legal obligations.
Your Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing. You can also withdraw consent.
